i love this place you can always find what you need tool are priced good for what they are most tools i get from here im only going to use once so being cheap is a good thing

Poor customer service, have to beg for help.  Only 1 cashier today on duty, even though several employees were standing around, including the supervisor.  Cashier didn't greet me, nor offered to put my number into the system for discounts, didn't rectify why I signed up via text messages and it didn't appear in his system. No employees offered to help, it was very weird and unwelcoming. I think I'll stick to Ace Hardware and Home Depot (at least they have multiple checkout lines and cashiers). NO appreciation for money spent, no thanks

They dont have a huge selection, but they do have great prices. The tools arent the greatest, but are worth what you pay for them.
