Would have been nice to know I needed my ID to use a store credit, had some money on it from when I did a return but I didn't have my drivers license because I was on a bicycle. Got all done shopping and then had to leave with.nothing.

Spent ten minutes trying to find an associate to help me find a item they carry instores. The gentleman was already assisting two other individuals but was kind enough to direct me in the proper aisle. Home depot needs to consider not just there customers but their employees as well. Hire more people!

going to this place is usually very simple and drama free, I usually use the self checkout, which I should probably just stick with. That being said, Cashier Marian!!! I know working retail is a drag, but if you drop your customers merchandise after you charge them for It, be a good person and pick it up. I know it must seem beneath you, but really, it's part of customer service. Marians actions are indicative of all the people that work there, but I think it only takes one person to make the team look bad.

Staff isn't knowable. A Employee attempted to persuade me into purchasing the wrong kind of concrete mix. Not only would it have failed.. it was also roughly 28$ more. Complete BS if you ask me

Home Depot has been on a sharp decline in the customer service department for a while now. Employees don't care, don't help and don't show when paged. Now they're charging for bags?! Really?! Its that serious Home Depot? I'm done! After 25 years of being a loyal customer, I will not return. Will take my business to Lowes from here on.
