I do most of my shopping online and recently ordered 2 sets of impact socket sets, one from Marysville, one from Everett.. along with a drill and impact drill set.. Everett was "ready for pick up" exactly 13 minutes after online purchase.. Marysville was gonna take almost 3 weeks for "ready for pick up" when I went in for the drill set 3 days after purchase they took one off the shelve because they couldn't "find" what I ordered.. and the socket set they didnt wanna take off the shelf because it "was on display".. in other words if I took that same display socket set and told them I wanted to buy it they would have sold it to me.. I don't know what it is about Marysville sears but you guys need to get your act together, till then I'll drive and extra 20 min into Everett for my future purchases.. and that's because I live in Marysville... SMH

I have ordered a 3 gorilla shelves, and 2 gladiator cabinets. Am very happy for the most part. But a few of the parts were dinged up. I honestly feel they were that way by the time they got to the local store. The mfgr of the shelf sent me a new part to replace the tweaked one. I'll be picking up a little trailer from the Home Store in the next day or two.

This is the same Sears that was higher up towards smokey point. Still the same bad service and customer care. We now refuse to give them any business. We had a small simple return, and because we missed the "30 day return" by one day they refused to help us out. They do NOT take care of their customers here.

I made a purchase at this store a while back. They were nice here at the store when I was making the purchase. I called later that day to ask a couple more questions about the product, they said that they needed to call me back, which was fine. They called back and left a message saying that they were still working on finding the information I had asked for, ok that was still fine. Until I got a phone call a couple weeks later how I like the product......I still hadn't gotten the information I asked for prior. I explained this to the employee and they got back to me in 2-3days. I've called, gone in, and called again.......some of the people who work here do not know how to talk to people. Working in the sales industry its not ok to be rude to customers over the phone when they are just asking you a question trying to clarify information. Don't make your customers feel like they're stupid period, then you'll end up losing customers. I'm not happy with the customer service clearly, and I'm actually not sure if I will be back to purchase, unless I talk with different employees......if I do go back it will be because of my significant other.
