Wish there was a Menard's around. I was getting treated wood for deck. Went thru whole pile and found bunch of warped boards. Besides wasting time, was told that as long as it's warped only on one side, that is there standard and is sufficient for sale. Well ,that is pretty low standard. What a dump.

Worst home depot in the state. They have no idea what customer service is. I've been waiting for a special order for 4 weeks due to it being damaged when delivered. When I was upset about waiting even longer they didn't care. I wish I could take my business elsewhere but it Fremont. Sad business.

only a few good employees willing to help. always too busy talking among-st each other to help. Manager Dale, is a joke if you try to talk to him about any issues you may have. will make excuses for the employees. will be making the trip to pueblo for anything i may need from now on. very sad a store can be run down by employees. Lumber yard is a joke, any time you want o buy anything from there you take a risk of getting sick due to all the bird feces on all the products. i would recommend going to sonny's ace or go to springs or pueblo.

Ordered a DIY shed. It took 6 days to travel from 2hrs away; arriving late (13days total). It was $60 more than other states. All in-store contact was 'meh' (employees obviously not interested in working and hostile toward each other). Lumber yard was terribly unorganized and cluttered with orders awaiting pick-up.

Called 8 times using a different option button, trying to reach someone--anyone! AND NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE IN THE SPAN OF AN HOUR & A HALF!!!
