Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed a $1665 order through the Pro desk. Scheduled for delivery today, March 2nd, 2018, now I am told that it will be sometime on the 3rd. As a result I will have to miss work not to mention two days that we could have worked on our fencing project. The staff at the Pro desk have left and will not return until Monday. The store manager cannot be bothered to speak with me via telephone. I will never do business with Home Depot again. Thank goodness there is a Lowe's close by and they value customer service.

Home Depot is my home away from home. It's Walmart for all your home building, designing and construction needs. Best of all, they let me bring my boxers in!

I didn't like it one bit. I stood in the isle waiting for help and no one came. I heard the lady call on the loud speaker customer assistance in the 9, but no one showed up to assist. I felt overwhelmed and decided to contact Ace hardware. I don't know why I tried another supplier when Ace had always been so helpful. Ace may be a small store but you can't beat good customer service with a friendly smile. I gave the home Depot one star only because the woman that called for help tried to assist me, but since it wasn't her department she knew nothing of what I needed her words not mine, but it she say it with a smile.

This home depot location is always so clean. The staff is always so helpful. You can always find what you're looking for, for just about whatever project you're working on. And if you can't find what you're looking for then they will be happy to point you in the right direction.

This particular Home Depot is like a Home to me. Everyone is awesome, particularly in the rental department, and the flooring section. But, always a good experience when I shop there. Which, bye the way is almost on a daily basis. Employees know me by name.
