Very busy today. Sales I guess. No carts available. All being used, I guess. Found one, at the other end of store. Lady clear was busy, but was polite, acknowledge everyone waiting for help. She was great, and people were waiting their turns, as well. No one left. The clerk was very pleasant. Her name was Margo, at HD in Silverdale. I had rec'd an advertisement on my email, about today's sale on stoves. Did my homework before I got to store. Was please to see the one I liked, and I bought it. Margo explained about my purchase, even though she had a line of customers. If she treated them as she did to me, I hope others bought some appliances, too.

Typical Home Depot. These review are hilarious. If you can't navigate a Home Depot.. maybe stay home and order from Amazon.

Just returned a dewalt saw because Lowes offered a military discount to vets. The lady in returns gave me back my money and told me to have fun with my new saw from lowes. Wow... lose a sale over a few dollars.

Terrible experience today. I wanted a shower caddy. One person said he didn't know where it was but would go look for it, and never came back. I went to the front of the store because I couldn't find anyone to help. The person up front told me to go to plumbing where I had already been. When I asked if she knew which aisle it was, she said no, without offering to find out. I gave up and went through the cash register. The person asked me if I found everything, I said no, but she offered no help or solution--just and oh.

John Lee banned me today after I asked for the receipt which shows why they refused around $2000 in returns even thought I have HD card which allows returns up to a year. After I said I was going to file a complaint he forced me and my young son out of the store, during that he made my son's cart (we had three, me pulling two) lose a pile of wood in road, he then was telling customers I was banned and not welcomed here, and refused to give back several pieces of merchandise I tried to return. Then he stood watching me and my son while we loaded the vehicle, further upsetting my son. He should be fired, and staff in the store arrested for felony theft. Since the above I have tried to contact home depot to file a complaint, but then was only allowed to email (try getting an email out of home depot, it is very difficult) the real store manager 'Kyna Burke' but she refused to communicate with me after I sent her an email with the issues saying: "Thank you for responding with the details of your experience as you view them. Because you have sought counsel, at this time I will be forwarding your concern to our legal department. " when I had said to the effect that a lawyer wants my case. So thanks to these people at this store, I now have a Home Depot CC with a balance and items I cannot return so I am paying a lot of interest, and I also have thousands of dollars in Home Depot gift cards (I used to spend a lot of money at Home Depot) as they all seemed to be attached to my driving license now so I cannot even sell them. Thanks Home Depot for discriminating against me!
