I have shopped here several times and the store is always clean and pretty well stocked. The restroom is clean and the employees seem to be friendly and helpful. The self checkout is fairly easy including using my employers' tax exempt status and commercial charge card. I have always had a good experience when shopping here.

I am really disappointed in the service availability of staff at this location.  Not only did I never get any assistance in blinds after two trips to the department desk and two trips to the Customer Service desk, but I am never able to get an operator to answer without waiting for more than 3-5 minutes (or more).  You either need to hire more staff or train them to be more responsive to customers that need help, either within the store or on the phone.  I have had incredible service from the other Home Depot in Carson City and will shop there from now on, even though it is farther away.

I needed a couple pieces of lumber cut and couldn't find anyone nearby. So, I walked around until I found two women who were just talking to each other. They told me they couldn't help but told me to go to a certain saw. I asked if it was the one down the isle from us and they said no. So I searched for this saw they were talking about and never found it. I found another man on one of the isles, also not friendly. It seemed like no one wanted to really help me. No one was helpful or friendly. I almost felt discriminated against. I'll never come back here. I'd rather drive to the other side of town or Reno. Thanks for nothing.

Recently I had rented a paint sprayer from this location, and had returned the machine back 7min late for the 4hr price and was gonna be charged for a whole day rental price, which really upset me, so I wanted to speak to the manager about it. The manager on call at the time was Robert, and he listened patiently as I explained the situation. He agreed with me, and handled and resolved my issue quickly and professionally.  I was ready to take my business elsewhere, but Robert restored my faith in this store. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service.   Being told "Not right now," by an employee meandering by while I attempt to get their attention, as another customer casually yells to me, "Don't do that, she has an attitude!" might've been inadvertently hilarious to me, but still really bad cusomter service.  I put my stuff down and left.  That was the third person I'd attempted to ask for help.
