Jessica has been the most helpful sales person going up and above to problem solve a sofa issue with the strong willed customer I am. I brought a friend to buy and she to had a sofa issue, and it was taking care of asap. My issue is with beauty rest, they should stick to beds, the sofa liner is polyster thin material and tore away. They wouldn't use it on a foundation why on a sofa? But Jessica and Aarons are outstanding in quality and performance.

Thoroughly disappointed with the compassion at this place. I've only got three payments left on a laptop I had been renting to own and in my contract says i can return it at any time which I would like to do now that it does not work. HP is claiming liquid damage but there is absolutely positively no way any liquid got onto my laptop as I've been away dealing with my dog that is terminally ill and my laptop was left on the dresser away from any sort of liquid. Originally Aarons staff allowed me a loaner laptop while mine was sent off and came back with the false report, but because the report said "liquid damage" they took the loaner laptop away too!!!! They still expect you to pay for the broken merchandise, give you nothing in return to hold you over, while you're trying to come up with money to replace the "broken laptop that they do not cover under warranty" and still want you to pay your monthly payments, this place takes your money, scams you of your items -- and expects you to pay for damage that is clearly not there. Their warranty is misrepresented and I refuse to pay. Where is the compassion in this place for an honest customer who has made their payments on time for nearly a year? I deserve a break, they fully know my awful Situation happening with my dog and they still don't give a crap about me. Just their $$ which they will not be getting unless they work with me in some way. What a scam.
