Ordered a new freezer from this store and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Scheduled a delivery for 9/27 and waited all day for a call. By 2 pm I called the store for delivery status and they said it was out for delivery and verified my contact number. So I waited longer for a call that never came. I finally called back again and was told that they couldn't make the delivery and had called and left a message somewhere, but obviously not with me. Then told me that delivery would be delayed until the weekend or the next week. Terrible customer service.

Home Deeps is my spot, they try their hardest to help & they have a great selection. Tool rentals are easy to aquire and the pro desk is really helpful. Very rarely is the Deeps not going to have what you need for your home improvement projects. I'm also a frequent to their garden center, they have a very knowledgeable staff for answering my gardening questions.

If I could give less than one star I would! Ordered washer & dryer. Was told we would be called by 8/28 re delivery. On 8/30 we contacted the store, & to my surprise the order was never put through! Supposedly the washer & dryer will be delivered 9/2. I'm not holding my breath. Ok now it's 9/2 & Home Depot called & said they just couldn't do it today. New day is 9/7. Cannot believe how incompetent Hone Depot is. Truly stunning.

Incompetent customer service. I tried calling about stock on a water heater. (Twice before I have driven 100 miles to this store for something that the webpage said was in stock only to find it wasn't) First call I sit on hold for 15 minutes, the woman answers and says she will transfer me, disconnected. Second call a woman answers immediately and asks if I mind holding. I sit on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. I call a third time, no one answers, call disconnects. I am giving up on this store.

Worked with Christian in Appliances. He's concern for solving my problem seemed personal. He spent as much time with me as he could, and even called me back to get me more information. Why can't every business have great customer service like Christian?!?
