Waited 26 mins. at the customer service counter. Where Mike did not even once acknowledge that we were standing there. My wife went don't to checkout lanes to ask one of cashiers standing around with hands in their pockets with no customers to check out! Finally assistant manager showed up to process or return. I have been very happy with Home Depot in the past.

For the brewery we go there quite often it's kind of our go-to. Great knowledgeable friendly staff and great selection of items. Always seem to have what you are looking for, at a great price.

DO NOT GO TO THIS Home Depot. Terrible customer service!!!! Can't say it enough. I spoke with the manager Kenny, and he was impatient and not helpful in the least. I don't know how he got into a position of management, but that was a terrible choice on Home Depot's part. It saddens me how I was treated even though I stayed patient and kind. I hope no one has to deal with as poor customer service as I did.

I'd give a zero starts but not an option. We ordered a full kitchen set fridge, microwave, stove, all this cost us 2,126$ we ordered it about a week and half ago we had just bought a house hand had none of these products now we set up for delivery on Friday morning well about mid afternoon still nothing so I called and apparently it arrived at the store 2 days ago and the gal informed me someone was suppose to call because it was damaged.....fine BUT NO ONE CALLED!!!! so my husband and I went down to look at the damage it had dings and scrapes on 2 of the items we mine as well bought the dam floor model as we looked closer we realised this wasn't even the dam product we ordered! Really I mean really are you kidding me I understand you get paid minimum wage but hello do your freaking job!!!
