Everyone at Aaron's is incredibly friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. Not only about their payment plans but about their products as well. I've delt with other rent to own companies and would Never go back to any of them. Aaron's is clean,  well laid out,  well lit and well cared for. The customer service is beyond fantastic, everyone is patient and eager to help. No question is too silly, even if it's just asking something to be repeated. I absolutely love that they can call to remind you of an upcoming payment, as sometimes we all get a little busy and lose track. I would absolutely, and do,  recommend Everyone to check out Aaron's for all their furnishing or electronic needs.

Seriously best customer service...Staff is so helpful and goes out of there way to help. Great prices and deals.

I have a hard time giving them more than a one right now. I think the staff need better training or maybe they need a better computer system. I was told last month if I pay them $1018 that my account would be paid off by end of July so in June we paid $800 thinking we could pay the balance in July now they are saying we owe $432 more that will keep adding more interest if we don't paid it in full. What really is my balance. I have been very frustrated with them.

The staff always goes above and beyond to help and be polite trying to make sure you get the best deal and amazing furniture. I will never go anywhere else!
