This was the first time I had ever gone to this store location. I live in Vegas and don’t normally go shopping out here, but had to pick up a new shower door for my parents. I could not have accomplished this without the tremendous help of an outstanding employee, Mike. Mike went out of his way to assist me when I couldn’t find anyone else in the department. I had originally phoned the store and could not get anybody to answer my call. So I decided to just go and take a chance and see if the shower door I needed was available. Thankfully, I found Mike and he was more than happy to drop what he was doing and assist me. He not only helped me in answering all my questions, but also walked me out to my car and helped me to load this pretty heavy and bulky item! I cannot thank him enough. He is definitely a stellar employee and I just hope that there are many more like him working for your company. Thank you Mike!!

The store went beyond customer service to help me with my sons costume ! Hovik was his name, such a fine gentleman with amazing attributes to have as a worker. I went in to get a paint bucket to make my sons helmet and they ended up helping me cut the bucket to his size ! How helpful it was for them to do that for me ! I highly recommend coming here out of all the Home Depot’s I’ve been to !

I try to never leave a bad review for any business but this particular store has earned it. Their cutting center has been out of order for weeks. I have patiently waited and returned each day they said it would be fixed. It is still not fixed. Today I asked to speak to a manger, I was told he and all the other managers were in a meeting. I was also told it is up to the manager whether or not it would be fixed. Please don't waste the customers time. If you do not have the budget or competence to have it fixed be transparent about it and I will gladly go somewhere else.

I wish I could rate it three and a half. They have a really cool temporary skilled workers area. The plants in the nursery often look healthy, except that leaves are missing because people take them to grow there own plants.  They have a lot of options at the key maker machines. The most useful is the key with a flashlight for coming home at any hour. They're is often someone by the machine, the workers are helpful and nice.  There restrooms need a lot of work. In the ladies restroom if you use the changing table it covers three stalls. The door needs to be picked up to be opened or closed. But it could  be a lot worse, its clean, you don't have to pay to get in or for toilet paper.

Home depot always is a great visit. Stopped in to get supplies. Very easy to locate what we needed. Service was outstanding. Saved money. Looking forward to the next visit.
