Never buy a door from them and have it installed by NH Miller. He measured my opening incorrectly and made me pay $250 to have it cut down unnecessarily. He then proceeded to install it poorly so that it sticks at the bottom. And the board he put up to hide the huge gap above the door (from being cut down unnecessarily) prevented me from using my builder-provided mounting brackets for hurricane shutters. Home Depot, for its part, defended him as “the best there is” and refused to send anybody but him out to my house to look at it. No thanks. I don’t want the same hack that messed it up to come out to defend his work.

Do NOT buy ANY appliances from Home depot. They have a 48 HOUR return policy even if the appliance is FAULTY and stops working within three weeks. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. We have spent TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars there and they have done nothing to rectify this situation. Nice going HD. Never again!

At this point its been several days so I just want my washer fixed since I have a 5 year extended warranty. So the next day I never got a call so I called Nance appliance and I find out that the owner was the guy that showed up at my house and the sole employee. He doesn't know anything about a 1-4 appointment but he said he would call me once the parts arrive to fix the washer. So I call him the following week and he says he got 1 part and is waiting for another so I call him the next day and he says he has both parts and will show up the next morning between 8-12. So the next day at 11 am he replaces the two parts. He pulls out a little bit of this stuffing you would find in a tiny dog bed or pillow ad asks me what is this? I said I don't know my wife probably washed the dog bed. He tell me that there is something wrong with the drum preventing it from spinning. He says there is too much gunk around and underneath the drum to remove it and that he will contact homedepo to see how they will proceed because they would have to replace the whole machine or clean under and around the drum which would be very expensive. A few hours later home depo calls me and tells me that due to washer machine abuse (washing a teddy bear) they will void my warrenty (SECOND TIME). They said the tech was unable to remove the drum and therefore there is nothing more they could do. They tell me if the drum could be removed they could replace the part it but the tech is unable to do it. On a recorded line they said if you could remove it they would replace the part. So that night I watch a 3 minute youtube video on how to remove a drum and it's clear he didn't remove the screws or the main screw to lift up the drum. I am able to do it in less than an hour with my 8 year old son. Plus under the drum is spotless and tub has NO gunk in it (SCAM ALERT)! I send him a text mesage picture and a text that the drum is removed for him to replace last friday. I call him back this morning monday goes to voicemail. I call him back in the afternoon he picks up and I explain who I am and he says what do you want. I tell him I removed the drum. He says you're not allowed to do that it will void your warrenty (THIRD TIME). At this point i'm fed up and tell him his whole operation is a scam he says I've been doing this 35 years.... I tell him i'll be calling home depo to complain. He says go ahead and hangs up. Home depo looks over the notes and says they see no notes about advising removing the drum without a licensed tech.

I had an exchange to do on a milwaukee tape measure that I bought. Customer service was very polite and respectable in the exchange. I no longer had the receipt but she still took care of me. For that I am very grateful. I had other shopping to do there as well, and no matter what employee I asked they where knowledgeable about where product was located and guided me to the right spot. Thanks for the great experience.

Typical HD, good amount of tools, lumber, appliances, etc. There's close to the door, covered parking for loading up heavy stuff. Staff is always friendly.
