Typical bic box store large selection..but there is atoll lack of help to assist you. And forget about customer service desk they tell you go back and someone will be back to help you.wait. wait and wait some more I WAS waiting there so long other customers thought I was the one elusive employee they heard rumors about....but if you kitchen cabinets or appliances the employees are thicker than flies on a hot humid night in August. Plenty of free parking. .handicapped accessible. .rest rooms are clean

I'm in this store all the time but today was the best experience I've had in thus store yet. I met by Henry at the door who asked if I needed any help, which I did. I was looking for an item that was advised online for a sale price. He was able to assist me in finding what I was looking for but went and got the person who works in that department to help me because of a price difference (I believe his name was Joe). Henry didn't simple say "I'll get someone to help you" like so many places do and you left waiting to see if you'll be helped. So anyway these two gentlemen helped me get exactly what I wanted at the price I expected, even though it was an "online only" price. As far as I'm concerned these two gentlemen made Home Depot a favorite place to shop for home improvement. HD should be proud to have guys like that working for them and furthermore should reward the members who go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

Ceasar in the outdoor garden department spent a lot of time sith us this afternoon helping us pick out tge right leaf blower and other tools

Good service. Only thing is sometimes there sections are not organized which can make it difficult to find the product that I need. Other than that staff were very helpful.
