The Ideal Move was established in 1993 with three men and two trucks. Through the years, we have grown to a fleet including fourteen trucks and twenty-five full time employees. We are one of the only moving companies in the country to offer our valued employees health insurance and a 401K plan. Putting these benefits into place has enabled us to retain great employees over the years, which is a key component of our success.
In recent years, our biggest accomplishment to date is the move into our new facility located at 35 Railroad Avenue in Albany. This is a 16,500 square foot, climate controlled, state-of-the-art-facility. We now offer storage for Household Goods, Military and Government and High Tech and High Value Storage.
