The staircase is beautiful!  we have installed in a commercial environment and it is sturdy and very good looking.  installation was straightforward and when we did have questions,  Rachel was there with great customer service and quick answers.  i highly recommend these stairs.  -Valentine Distilling Co.

We are very happy with our purchase from The Iron Shop!!!  Their customer service is outstanding!  Rachel was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process!   And we LOVE our spiral!!!  It's perfect for our needs.  Excellent quality and the price was reasonable.

I would like to personally thank everyone at the Iron Shop for our new spiral staircase. From start to finish, the iron shop has worked with me extensively to make sure all of my expectations were met. I had shopped around a good amount before I committed to the iron shop, and I am confident I made the right decision. When you read reviews on some of their competitors, it further affirmed I went the right route getting my stair from The Iron Shop. My sales person was so friendly, and made this whole process way less stressful than I had anticipated it being. You can truly feel the "family run business" even over the phone- they make you feel like a friend not just another number on the books. my sales persons emails and calls were always prompt, polite, and accurate. I could not be more pleased with my experience, and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a spiral staircase call The Iron Shop.

I would like to personally thank the men and women of The Iron Shop of Broomall, PA for the assistance given to me. I recently purchased (roughly 7 months ago) the smallest spiral stair kit available to install going from my first floor to my basement. Everything with install went without a problem until I attempted to unwrap and stretch the railing to my stairs by myself. Carelessly I kinked it and resorted to having to purchase a new rail. The staff in the office gave me a discounted railing and had also helped me bend the railing to the proper size at no cost prior to bringing it home and installing. Couldn't be happier with my experience with The Iron Shop. They were professional, helpful, and extremely kind.  The overall finished look of my stairs turned out great as well. Thank you again, I will definitely be a returning customer.

I recently received my spiral stair kit from the Iron Shop. From beginning to end, my experience has been superb. From my first call, to the delivery; they have gone above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. The finished product is beautiful, and far exceeded even what I expected from the picture in the brochure. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a spiral staircase!!
