Great little restaurant! Went there twice for lunch while I stayed at the nearby Topaz Hotel. You can eat indoors or outdoors on a deck that overlooks the ocean. I had the Ruben sandwich one meal with sweet potato fries. The Ruben was perfectly done and the sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had (cooked and seasoned perfectly and served with a maple honey sauce that was incredible). Next day, I had the Cuban sandwich with the sweet potato fries. The Cuban was delicious. I definitely plan to come back to the Topaz Hotel and eat at the island grille again. And if you go there for lunch, you definitely have to try the sweet potato fries: you will not be disappointed!

Food was delicious!! I had the Chicken & Eggplant Parmesan with Angel hair Pasta - excellent!! We had a large group and everyone liked their selection. Waitress was patient & efficient!! Can't wait to visit again!!

Disappointing food. Five kids ordered cheeseburgers only one finished the burger. That is how mediocre the food is. The half roasted chicken was over cooked and dry, on par with gas station chicken. The person who had the fish tacos said they and the steak fries were good.

Even though we are locals, this was our first visit to The Island Grille....we will visit again soon! We were quite impressed. The service was stellar. There were a variety of food choices at reasonable prices. We had the ahi tuna and a filet, both outstanding. The accompanying vegetables were cooked to perfection. The house wine was tasty. We splurged on blueberry cobbler, homemade and satisfying. Having an ocean view was a perk. Would definitely recommend.
