The Travel of Joy is by far the best travel agency I have ever used and I have been traveling extensively in the U.S. and abroad, for the past 15 years. I love it when I have the opportunity to go on Joys guided tours. She adds that extra bit of fun and excitement to any trip. I travel several times each year and I am always amazed, (even though I know I will always get first class trips and first class service with Joy), I am amazed, that the trips are so wonderful. I never have to worry about anything from the beginning when I call to say, Joy I want to go to...until I get back home. Worry free, stress free. She takes care of everything including anything that might come up while I am on the trip. Joy is an wonderful lady. She is very profession as is her staff. Never have I called her or Leigh Ann, her office manager, that I haven't got an answer to my questions immediately or the next day.

I can't imagine traveling anywhere without The Joy of Travel booking the trip and handling all the arrangements for me. Joy has been responsible for helping my family create some of our most precious memories. Joy booked our Alaskan cruise, which was one of the most fantastic trips ever (if you only take one trip in your lifetime, choose this one!). She expertly handled all of the details so that we could just relax and enjoy the ride - and all of the great fun in Alaska! My daughter and I participated in one of Joy's escorted group trips - the Great Britain Sampler (tour of England, Wales and Scotland) - and it was an awesome experience, as well. Joy is an experienced traveler and offers excellent advice to her customers. I am booked on two more of Joy's group excursions this year and look forward to many, many more years of globe-hopping with The Joy of Travel. If you're looking for excellent customer service, top-notch deals and friendly people who are dedicated to making your trips memorable, call The Joy of Travel.

We absolutely love traveling with Joy! We have had two travel experiences so far, with plans for more in the future. She and her team are very professional and take care of every detail, leaving me to really enjoy my time away. Everything from straightening out an airline company when necessary to sharing information about the destination ahead of time, makes for a happy customer. I highly recommend the Joy of Travel. We did a recent trip to Mexico using joy of travel, they were fantastic from start to finish! Erica Shaw was our agent and she covered all the bases sold any problems and kept us informed of everything all along the way. I would highly recommend using them and we will certainly use them in the future. Thank you joy of travel!

My husband and I used Erica at the Joy of Travel this past summer for a romantic trip to Cancun, Mexico and we couldn't be happier with our experience with this travel agency and our trip! I had never used a travel agent before and wow- what a treat! To have everything, including ground transportation, coordinated for us was such a wonderful load off!! Thank you Erica!!! :)
