This is NOT an outlet store; this is a retail store, in my opinion. I expect an "outlet" store to sell items which have minor damage or other imperfections at a discounted price... That is not what I observed.
I visited the store today and I was surprised to learn they sell mostly brand new countertops at ABOVE normal retail prices. 
The person who helped me (Chuck) was a little pushy/salesman-like but he was nice. I did not buy anything. 
Their prices on Quartz, granite and "cultured marble" are significantly higher than the prices at the big box stores. 
If you're looking for an OUTLET store, this is not the place. I could not, in good conscience, recommend this place.

Went there a few days ago to purchase some counter tops. Terrible customer service and the two guys we spoke with were complete rude and vulgar in front of my 7 year old nephew who has never heard the "F" word until meeting these guys. I had purchased two countertops from them and as they were loading it into the truck, we had noticed scratches and scuffs all over. So we complained about the low quality and asked him why it was damaged and why he charged us so much. He stomped off back into the office, grab our money, threw it back at us, yanked the countertops out from our truck and told us to leave. Very rude and very unprofessional. I will never again go back to this place. Beware of The Kitchen Shop.
