Jaymes was so helpful, beyond helpful in assisting my boyfriend with a Craftsman warrenty issue. The ratchet was a gift from his grandfather and means more than just a replacement. Well it's back home and fixed. Thank you.

Edit: store is helpful and was able to refund my money
Phone operators of sears in general are awful
 Did not deliver on scheduled day. I had to pay a premium for weekend delivery and then they rescheduled it for a friday without contacting me. When I called they could only offer me reward points for their mistake.

The after-holiday sales are great however if you are looking for any kind of assistance or the ability to check out what few employees they have be ready to wait a very long time.

Had a broken TV. Scheduled to get it fixed online, came into the store and they told me they don’t fix TVs over 32”. Horrible communication. And then when I came in, I waited for twenty minutes for someone to help me. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR TV FIXED! THEY WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME.
