This place is the best.Absolutely beautiful & peaceful surroundings with a great view from any balcony. We have stayed in two different rooms on two consecutive anniversaries and loved it. The rooms are each unique, spacious and comfortable. We could leave the door to the deck open and hear the stream and the wind in the trees. A great fire pit was available to any of the guests. This is a family owned business run by some great people, and they even remembered us from last year when we walked in the door. On top of that, the rate for rooms is extremely reasonable. All pros, no cons.

Newly renovated property along a river with great view of the mountains. Also great view of the stars at night I was able to catch a couple shots of the milky way. The Mill Suite is very spacious and awesome views from the balcony. The sound of the river is relaxing. The owners of the property are super friendly and definitely take pride in the property. When we arrived there was a large bull Elk standing in the parking lot. Easy to use electronic keypad locks and everything was clean. Very close to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and restaurants. Owners were very helpful in suggesting places to check out and where to eat. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed here for a week in the Ladybird Suite. The room is nice and large with fireplace, fridge and microwave. Room is equipped with heater, heavy drapes and blankets to ensure the room is comfortable on even the coldest days. ( Outside temp range was -1 to 22f the week we stayed ) Owners went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and that's why I gave it the rating I did. Big fan of the giant shower. My guess is it's at least 4' x 4' in size. Is located a few minutes outside Estes Park and / or RMNP entrance. Gas stations about a mile or so down the road and plenty of places to eat to choose from in the area. Some reviewers complain about the noise from the other rooms but, in my opinion, they're no different than a hotel room or cruise ship stateroom. If you want full silence, rent one of their cabins instead :) Will definitely stay here again.

Staying at The Landing was an amazing experience! We looked all over Estes Park for a place to stay with family before our wedding in Rocky Mountain National Park and to stay for our honeymoon. We couldn't have picked a better place! Jen and Jay were amazing hosts. They gave us tons of recommendations for places to check out around town during our visit. They truly went FAR above and beyond for us, and we will never forget their kind hospitality throughout the planning of and unfolding of our wedding events and honeymoon. They are such a pleasure to interact with as well! Just Incredible people! The lodge rooms and cabins were well kept, clean, super cute and rustic, each with its own theme and had such a great view of the river. Mornings on the balcony/patio were a treat in the sun and nights were warm and cozy by the fireplace. The Landing is officially our go-to spot anytime we need to stay in Estes and have been and will continue to recommend it to all of our friends and family. Thank you so much Jay and Jen for making our pre- and post-wedding even more special than we had dreamed! This is BY FAR the BEST place to stay in Estes Park!!!

The Landing made for a nice stay. The rooms are comfortable and location next to the river is very enjoyable. We were in the main building in one of the smaller rooms. The only issue we really had was the noise from the entry way carries into the rooms. This may be due to some large walls not having anything on them. They use a keypad entry system so you don't have to worry about keys too, which made it easy for our late arrival.
