So far this place is AMAZING!! They let us check in two hours early and the cottage is super clean and wicked nice!! Highly recommended!!

My husband , myself and my grandson stayed 1 night with them on 6/24/17. When we arrived, we had to wait about an hour for our room to be ready, there was no cable on the TV and the room was very messy. We were moved to another room which was equally dirty (the floors made our feet black and there was garbage and trash under the beds and on floor), still had no cable even after someone from your hotel tried to fix it later that night, the "new" shower door was broken on the bottom and leaking water when showering.

During check out (and check in) we were told that we would receive some sort of credit for our troubles but have yet to see anything from the hotel to make our inconveniences up to us. Though your hotel was conveniently located to the beach, our single night stay was most definitely now worth the $231.00 we were charged.

The facility was under construction but we were not told this upon booking or we would have chosen another facility knowing the stay would not have been good. To this date of 7/25/17, we have still not seen a credit or received a response from the hotel on our emails. That is just poor quality service. Book somewhere else for your stay.

We booked online and paid for 3 queen beds and arrive and are told they don't even have that and all the cottages are the same. Money spent was ridiculous for a deluxe that we didn't even receive. However the ones on the end were way bigger. The "sleeper sofa" was the saddest thing ever barely big enough for my 6 year old. It had no mattress just layed flat. The housekeeping was pitiful we had trash under our beds upon arrival and our feet were black after walking barefoot on the floor. My father had to buy a mop and clean the floor it was so disgusting. The shower and shower curtain had significant mold. The bathroom is so tight that you have to sit on the toilet sideways or your knees will touch the wall. Also you got splashed while sitting on it from the showers constant dripping. The second night I turned the ac down because it was so loud and I couldnt sleep because mice were scratching in the walls. Never got fresh towels.

Wow was i impressed with my stay , i knew they where doing some remolding but not what i expected it was more like a little bit of paint and add some decorations , their Senior staff where awesome and catered to my needs beyond what i expected , i all ready booked 4 units for next year  and cant wait to visit again Made my vacation a vacation

Very disappointed. We arrived late in the evening.Sheets were"dirty" never changed from the previous tenant. In addition to being nasty the sheets were also full of sand. It was too late to find another motel and the office was closed so we couldn't even get another room. So after a 15 hour plane flight and 2 hour drive we, and our 10 year old twins, had to sleep on top of the beds and be miserable.
