This service is terrible. I recently just paid for a subscription to have my laundry folded. I placed it in the locker and the app says that they will be out there within 24 hours to pick it up. It has been 4 days and the bag is still sitting there. I tried calling them but when you do call the number provided, it takes to you a scam center where they will try to offer you a $100 voucher don"t trust the call. After that I emailed the company and the lady said that someone was being "dispatched" out to collect my laundry but that was 2 days ago as well. Now my laundry has been sitting in the locker for over 4 days and I cannot get it out in any way possible. They are basically holding my laundry hostage. Do not use or trust this company. They are slow and unprofessional.
The Laundry Chute is a vital service for college students. My weekly schedule is very busy and trying to find time to do laundry is such a hassle. The washers on campus also don't help as they are unreliable and sometimes backed up. The Laundry Chute is cheap, easy, and convenient. I would recommend them to any college student because I have never had any issues with their service and have always had my laundry back and folded in a timely manner.
The Laundry Chute is an amazing service! Being in grad school, I barely have time to eat, let alone do my laundry. TLC ensures that all of my clothes are washed, dried, and folded whenever I need them. The turn around rate is unlike that any other laundry service. Honestly, TLC is such a life saver - I don’t know how I would make it through without it!

Working as a TLC partner was an amazing decision. I accept jobs whenever I want which doesn’t affect my schedule at all. The job itself is simple, straight forward, and quick. It’s like having the freedom of an Uber driver without ever leaving the dorm.
