They lost a 200$ jeans and an entire bag of clothes in a year and a half. They gave me a lot of unmatching socks though, but that doesn't compensate. That's it, I'm changing laundry.

They washed my white shirt with blue jeans and ruined it.

Whites and Darks all mixed up.

I paid extra to have my darks and whites washed in a separate loads. All of my whites were blue tinted from having been washed with my dark denims. Not really happy I have to replace some of my whites now.

I won't use them again.
