David is not just an accomplished attorney, but also a wonderful human being! He makes himself available to you, and when speaking with him he offers his total presence and attention to the matter at hand. 

I consulted with David in regards to finding a solution to a difficult situation that we found ourselves in. He lent his expertise in matters related to Real Estate and Bankruptcy, offering more than one possible solution, with no expectation of business, only the most positive outcome for us. That is so rare to find these days! He offered us several solutions and even followed up with me and checked in on us to see how we were doing in our process. He truly cares about people and seeing positive outcomes for those who are struggling in difficult situations. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a qualified, knowledgeable, compassionate and kind attorney. I would hire him in a second if ever we found ourselves in need again.

After calling other bk lawyers for their services which were marginal and fees over-inflated, I took to Google and found David Cahn.  I personally spoke with him, he was reasonable, and he outlined a plan for me to overcome a scheduled lawsuit by a creditor.   I was skeptical at first--but, was soon very assured with his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile.  The plan succeeded! Even down to the wire David exceedingly did what he said he would do, as I too committed to my part, I emerged from the depths of drowning to a new life-line and peace-of- mind.  I highly recommend David Cahn, he is an awesome lawyer, who is a devoted professional, capable, willing, and on-top-of-his-craft to assist anyone who is in need of his services.  He is 10 STARS in my book if only these recommendations offered it!

Dave has really been an excellent bankruptcy attorney, he has helped me through a very tough time and saw it through until the end. 
I feel like I not only have a great attorney but I also have found a friend in David. 
His representation goes above and beyond most attorneys. Anyone choosing Dave for their bankruptcy attorney will find the same thing he is intelligent, kind, compassionate and reasonably priced.

David is an amazing attorney. I hope I am never in this situation again but if I ever am I would definitely call on him. He is very honest and explains every step to you. It's a very scary situation and David is the calm in the storm.

David was extremely helpful with my bankruptcy and was always quick to return any questions I had on the matter, his price is very fair and was very friendly and helpful in all matters. I highly recommend if you need help with your bankruptcy go through a professional and call Davis Cahn you will not regret it.
