I have gone to the clinic two times now and was very satisfied both times.  The staff was very kid friendly and thorough.  They called twice to follow-up and check on my daughter's symptoms.  I will definitely be going back.

Went here yesterday was seen by cnp, Constance. She was polite and everything but did not evaluate and treat the seriousness of my condition. I came in with severe chest congestion and pain from asthma flare up and acute bronchitis and pneumonia. I was treated for nasal symptoms and given Flonaise and told to also take benadryl. The next morning my lung collapsed briefly. I was able to get in somewhere else with an MD and treated accordingly for my true condition. I had begged this lady for an antibiotic and some Prednisone but was told it wouldn't help because there was no bacteria.... So I am told that they go by some flow chart and do not use clinical judgement to treat illnesses. Save your money and your time. It could have been a lot worse, thankfully I got in with a doctor the next day who was able to listen to my lungs and my cough and evaluate me more thoroughly.

We've been to The little Clinic several times now. Me, my husband and kids. Each time they treated us with respect and friendliness.  And with the right diagnosis. Thank you! !!

Absolutely awful I will be putting in a complaint with corporate. I came in at 6:15 and they close at 7:30 and the sign said you can sign in right up until close. When I tried to sign in the girl said aww you don't feel good and I said no and she said well we can't take anymore appointments we are booked up and there was only 3 people signed in. I'm a stay at home mom who is expecting baby number two and can't just go when I want, I had to wait for my husband to get home. I had a fever and was so miserable, so for them to turn me down I do not understand but it was very unprofessional they could have squeezed me in. I will never shop or step foot into this Kroger again.

Always good. They are very patient with my kids who have strep alot and they are always quick and thorough.
