DO NOT order flowers from this place! You will not get the arrangement as ordered. They will substitute colors and flowers in your arrangement.  BRIDES BEWARE!!!  I would love to give them a zero... they do not deserve the 1 star. The owner must have paid for the 5 star reviews... they are probably family and friends. Unprofessional employees..Horrible place to deal with. Businesses like this one will not do well.... Don't forget Karma.  Again BRIDES BEWARE!!!!!!

Late delivery (6:00 P.M.). Wilted roses. Lilly’s not open. By the time Lilly’s open, the rest of the arrangement will be dead. Should be 1/2 star. 
I upgraded to the top of the upgrade list and it didn’t even compare to the online picture. When I called mid-day to find out when the order would arrive, I received a dismissive response that I would receive the flowers between 4/5. Finally took my wife to dinner for our anniversary and at 6:00 the delivery guy left me a phone message “nobody’s home so I’ll leave at the front door” Really? I have to stay home all day waiting for the flowers to arrive “whenever”? Even the cable company gives me a two-hour window! Wife of 30 years says this is the worst arrangement she’s ever seen. I responded to the customer satisfaction survey this morning. It’s now end of the day. You would have thought if they REALLY cared, I would have received a call by now. But no...that hasn’t happened. Next time I’ll go to the grocery store for flowers. 
Better selection, better price, better delivery.

FOLLOW UP ON SERVICE:
Finally received a call from the owner and she delivered a new bouquet the following week, giving time with the now fully bloomed vase. The new bouquet was very nice and appreciated. Chalk it up to a bad day maybe...happens to everyone. As long as it’s made right, all is good. Increased stars to a 4 rating.

So glad I found The Little Plant Co. just 3 months before my wedding! It was exactly what I needed. Affordable and willing to work with me. Very easy to work with and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and perfect for the wedding day!

I contacted this shop from CO the Friday before Easter.  Speaking with Donna I inquired as to whether they could deliver an Easter Basket to our Grandson. Donna said they didn't have something like that but offered to check with someone else.   She returned to the phone and told me they would make it work if the delivery could be postponed to Saturday. I, of course, was delighted and said that would be fine. Then, due to an unexpected visit to the  E R by my step-daughter, I phoned back to see if they could add a small bouquet for her to the order, if it hadn't already been  sent.  Marie told me it had not been sent and they would be happy to add the flowers to my order.  I heartily recommend this business to everyone!!  They are very accommodating, extremely pleasant, and most helpful.  Thanks to all of you at Amy's!

I called the company directly rather than going through the 800 number or ordering on line. After doing some homework myself on what type of flowers I wanted I concluded the gal who took my order knew their flowers.  I placed the order around 12 noon and the flowers were delivered that same day around 4:00 pm.  My relative took a picture of the flowers and they were gorgeous! I paid $40.00 plus the delivery fee and taxes which came to about $54.00.  Well worth the price to bring some 'colorful' cheer. Would order from them again.
