We’re a one-stop natural foods grocery organic and local when possible, always all-natural.

The Cafe

As the Valley’s only all-natural café and deli, we’re quickly becoming the local hot spot for breakfast and lunch. We use 100% organic produce, all-natural deli meats & cheeses and buy locally whenever we can! No nitrites, growth hormones, or antibiotics here! Come by for breakfast and try one of our breakfast burritos or sandwiches.

A bakery like no other! Organic fresh baked bread, gluten free baked goods, raw chocolate desserts, whole spelt scones, brownies, cookies and pies! What sets us apart from the others? We have a whole bakery case just for gluten free baked goods and raw chocolate desserts. Our gluten free desserts are so delicious we promise you won’t miss the gluten! Our raw chocolates are free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar and packed with antioxidants, healthy EFA’s, minerals, PEA (the love molecule) and anandamide (the bliss molecule). Why say no to that?

Why go down the strip when you can get your groceries here? Our deli serves sliced all-natural deli meats and regional cheeses, salads, entrees and lots of grab-and-go-items. Our produce section is packed with a full selection of organic and locally grown seasonal produce. Our freezer is stocked with a full selection of all-natural and organic meats, many locally raised! We have a full aisle of gluten free foods and a large section of our freezer space in specifically gluten-free. Our generous bulk section and large array of dry goods provides the basics for your organic shopping list and the healthy snacks and food bars (you won’t find soy protein isolate in OUR food bars) help provide the essentials for those on the go. We strive to offer the highest quality items and provide for all your shopping needs. And please…..Feel free to make suggestions. We’re always looking for new items to add to our expanding inventory and welcome special requests!

Our newly expanded herb and supplement section has plenty to offer those looking for natural remedies and our in-house clinical herbalist is often on-hand to help with your buying choices. We have an assortment of bulk tea herbs, tinctures, capsules, whole-food supplements, and herbal creams and salves. Whether you’re looking for something to help with a specific health concern or you’re simply wanting to attain and maintain optimum health, our store has quality products to help you in your quest for health and wellness.

Eco-Gift Shop

With our expansion we’ve added an eco-gift shop to our offerings. If you’re looking for a meaningful gift idea or something cool that you can’t find just anywhere, stop by and see what we have to offer. You’ll be glad you made time for a truly original shopping experience. Our store is a combination of fair trade, locally made, recycled, organic, sustainable living, yoga, and spiritual products. We also have a wellness book store upstairs with a wide selection of books on topics such as holistic health, herbal medicine, and metaphysical subjects, along with cookbooks for specific diets (vegan, vegetarian, paleo and allergen free).
