We really enjoyed this place.  I had the surf and turf, which was a steak and stuffed shrimp.  The meat was lightly seasoned and they let the flavor of the animal speak for itself, bravo.  I'm normally not a seafood kind of guy, so a couple shrimp suited me just fine.
The setting was really cool, we were in old railroad cars.  The pictures on the wall gave it almost a museum feel.  
The staff was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating.  We are not ever much trouble, but there was a "high maintenance" customer that night and the hostess took care of them with no effort, like a boss.

Boyfriend brought me here because it’s his favorite spot after a long day of skiing. Such a cool bar. Ski themed covered in cool stickers. Made me feel like I was sharing my experience with people from all over! Salad bar was great and steak was awesome! Also they have a popcorn station which was so cute, went with the theme. Sangria was tasty and great beer selection. Would definitely recommend!

After 42 years of visiting the Red Parka,  we were once again not disappointed. 
Terry and her staff took excellent care of us and as usual the food was second to none. 
We were lucky to be able to go into the Pub after dinner to further enjoy our evening listening to great entertainment. 
Definitely add the Red Parka Pub to your list of places to visit in the valley!

Good: waitress was super friendly and quick. Pot stickers were delishious. Crust on the chicken pot pie was super tasty. Ribs were good. Bread from the salad bar was crusty and soft! 
Not so good: cheesy potato tasted like it came from the freezer. Chicken in the pot pie was dry. Green beans were tasty, but cold. 
Overall: maybe it was a bad night for them...  With the plethora of great restaurants in the area, it will be a while before we circle back to this one.

Great time ! Really good Open Mic night - creative , awesome signing and musicians. All food and service was on point !! Will be back !. Really liked the atmosphere here, unique decor. Ski, mountains, and license plates! Check it out !
