Know a few things before coming here. People will order food during the movie which basically means at any point during the show, there may be someone ordering food. Having said that, overall, it was a great experience. The food was good, furniture is great and the audio video was quality. Although we did wait a little over 50 minutes since placing our order for our food to arrive. But overall it was a good experience

The Lot at La Jolla takes luxury to a whole new level. With great seats and table service at the theatre, I had half a mind to spend the rest of my vacation there. While it can get pricey, I don't regret the experience one bit

The theater is upscale but the employees (especially the theater concierge) are incompetent. If you have questions, don't bother to call. The 12 year old they have answering the phone will just tell you to check the website. I think you should just have an answering machine that'll say just that. You don't need to pay a live person for it. Why pay upscale price when you get standard theater concierge?

Service is VERY slow. Great atmosphere 5 stars !  Food was 3 stars. Good place to meet and mingle.

The LOT is a moderately high quality and moderately "high-end" restaurant theater venue for casual and semi-formal to formal events, entertainment and gatherings. Price range is moderately to high depending on the venue. An excellent place for upscale activities.
