Very friendly place if you're looking to buy a suit. The employees definitely use some low pressure sales tactics to get you to buy more which is fine with me. Sorta seems to harken to an older Era which is certainly how this shop feels inside (old). They are knowledgeable. Great selection of modern and classic suits as well as other fancier attire across a spectrum of prices, leaning more towards the middle/low end. Bought a suit here and had it and a couple other things tailored... Decent job tailoring and not too pricey. Not the fastest place for alterations.

I'm super impressed with this shop! My favorite pair of shorts got a huge tear. I took them in for tailoring. The guy said 2 weeks and wasn't too sure on price. It took them less than 24 hours and only $6! Highly recommend the man shop!

7 stars. My son came here last year to buy a suit and have it altered; he raved about the service. I had to get a suit quickly last week, and am relatively clueless. I figured my best shot was to go to an old-school pro. Denny set me up perfectly. The alterations were perfect and on-time ( I put a rush on it ). I was supposed to pick it up last Saturday, but could not due to throwing out my back! Denny called me late in the day on Saturday, after I had not showed up, and made arrangements for the suit to be picked up on Sunday (when the store was closed.) The ensemble (suit, tie, suspenders,shoes) is perfect, and the service is impeccable. I also enjoy the fact that I supported my local business.This is the place to go to when you need to look good and be treated well.

Hi, I shop here so I can buy local. I was skeptical that I could get a pair of pants to look like Jos A Bank pants that I like. When I tried them on they looked bulky at ankle. However they brought it in so would be a slim fit at wait and ankle. Then they sent to my house in SW Portland. Thanks. God bless. Aaron
