Mark Seiden and his team were great, all the way from the initial consultation to the closing. This team is experienced, and it shows. They use this experience along with deep market research to properly price the home and establish a pricing schedule to meet the seller’s needs. They bring in a professional crew to take pictures that maximize showings and value. This of course comes along with suggestions for how to stage the house effectively. In our case, it was a particularly challenging sale of having a big beautiful home in a somewhat run down neighborhood along side much smaller homes. We worked quickly and diligently to get an offer within a few months, which conveniently turned into bidding war that was handled with absolute cunning. We went from $10k below asking with some annoying repairs from inspection, to full asking with no repairs in an hour or so. After signing the contract, we progressed at light speed to closing, saving us again thousands of dollars. This post-contract process was all handled in a very organized and professional manner by the team, from appraisal to walk-through. Besides these professional and business reasons to choose them, they are just great personalities to work with as well. You will not be disappointed if you choose the Seiden team.

As someone who is a very thorough professional in my field, I try to only do business with people that treat their profession as I would. But anyone who is in their own business knows how hard that is to find. LOOK NO FURTHER....Mark is the man in Real Estate! Period. I've bought and sold 3 homes with 3 different style brokers and different offices (including all the big names you've heard). The experience with Mark was easily the greatest, and not even close. Looking for a strategic thoughtful plan to buy or sell your home? Looking for a "Partner" who will manage your experience as if it were their own? Looking for someone who will treat you the same as if you were their only client? The answer to all of these is Mark Seiden. I have only one person I ever recommend and it's Mark Seiden and his team. Mark Seiden and his team sold 2 houses for me in the last 4 months. I appreciate their no-nonsense approach to marketing and selling a home. Mark didn’t inflate my pricing expectations just to get the listing. He performed a study of comparable properties in the area and gave me a realistic idea of what to expect and how long it would take to sell. Once in contract, Allyson and Amy on his team were unrelenting in making sure I was taking care of all C of O and other issues needed to effect the closing. They were professional and thorough and I would use them again.

First time home buyers - Highly recommended team! My husband and I were completely clueless and new to house shopping when we luckily stumbled upon the Mark Seiden team. Was asking about a house that ended up being in contract already. Ali introduced herself and from there we were on our way. We met the team, all of whom were very friendly and helpful and started showing us houses. Leon showed us many houses along the way, very patiently! Once we found "the" house, Ali was available to answer nervous newtimer questions all hours of the night. Giving her professional help along the way. Never once making you feel lost in the stress of this process. If Leon wasn't at the walk through I am not sure I would have known what to look for! Through the closing and after I have been in touch with the Mark Seiden team and know if I ever sell or know someone who is I will tell them to call them.

At the time I brought my listing to Mark Seiden, I was at the point where I never thought I would sell my property. I began to envision foreclosure options and what that would ultimately do to my credit rating and overall financial status. Up until then, the interest in my property had been few and far between. I had listed it with other brokers and did not see any real results. Once I decided to give my listing to Mark Seiden’s Realty Group I knew I was in the right hands. His level of professionalism and expertise was unlike any other realtor I had encountered. He always made himself available and responded to any and all concerns that arose along the way. He listened to all of my apprehensions and was able to come up with ‘on the spot’ strategies no matter what the extenuating circumstances. Now it should be further noted, that my property was no easy, cookie cutter listing. For your average visionary, it was potentially a dream location. However, for your typical consumer looking to build a house or develop land, it had many setbacks, (no pun intended). As Mark taught me, it had many disadvantages. It was unimproved and unapproved raw land, and that was the inherent problem. Within relatively a short period of time, not only did Mark gather interest in my property, but he single-handedly created what became a bidding war. Needless to say I was most pleased to unload the property and payoff the taxes that were already in arrears. At the end of the day, I was able to preserve my original financial investment and go on with my life. This experience has made me realize that Mark has a unique way of conducting business and will always treat his customers much like he would his own family. I will only consider using the Mark Seiden team for all of my future real estate needs. Thank you to Mark and his whole team!!
