We were very pleased with Randy and Krissy in both the purchase of our new house and sale of our old house. Our first interaction was looking at a house they had listed before they were working for us, and based on our feedback from that one showing and our wants and needs, the very next house that   they showed us as our agent was the one we purchased. Their active listening skills and understanding of their clients and market led to a very quick, smooth transaction that left everybody satisfied.

The listing process of our old house was entirely handled by Krissy and Randy with almost no work required on our end. They staged the house beautifully and took fantastic pictures. Received asking price, which was higher than identical units in our neighborhood, in a short period of time.

We don't plan on purchasing a new home anytime soon, but would definitely work with Randy and Krissy again in the future if we needed to

We chose the McCreith team in February 2017 and put our house on the market in McMinnville, Oregon soon after.  The team did an excellent job in the photographing and marketing of our home.  It happened to be priced in the upper quartile of homes for sale in the county and thus was more difficult to sell in this particular market.  The Bella Casa Group kept our spirits up through a long summer and eventually we got a bite in late Fall.
