Teri at Valley Realty is one of most knowledgeable realtors we've ever worked with. When we were looking for a home to buy in Newberg, she went out of her way to get to know us and show us properties that were within our price range. We love her and we love having a home in wine country. Beautiful, special place to live.

Teri was the most unprofessional, rude and uncaring person I have EVER had the displeasure of working with.  Her company charges 3% to use the "convenience " of their online payment system.  You can also go to the office to pay, but The FIVE 5 times I went to the office during posted buisness hours no one was there.....not once. Teri took the keys to our house to make copies and after 3 months we asked for our house keys back she told us we had to pay for them, they were already ours!  Teri avoided contact with us even saying she was out of town when we saw her at a restaurant!  The house sale paperwork and then rental paperwork were never filled out completely by Teri.  She sent us an eviction notice 3 months before our contract was up, no reason was given or reported.  Teri had THREE 3 different due dates written down for rent.  The parts of the contract she barely bothered to fill out were misspelled and riddled with mistakes.  Teri then tried to keep our deposit saying we didn't fulfill our move out condition, again she had NO PAPERWORK filled out for this, even when we had receipts proving we held up our end of the agreement.  Teri then went on to accuse us of trying to hide things about the house after we sold.  We had to refer her to her own Inspection report just to show her how she was blatantly lying!  I would sooner live in an alley way than ever do buisness with Teri and Valley Realty ever again.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND TERI OR VALLEY REALTY TO ANYONE EVER FOR ANY REASON! If you ever shake her hand make sure to count your fingers!  ZERO STARS!!!

Teri helped us sell a home in Lafayette, OR from out of state. She made the transaction easy and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process.

Teri straight up yells at her clients. Her demeanor is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed,  and I once saw a cashier hit a racist...
