George has been our attorney for about 9 years. He's worked with on everything from IP issues, contract law, and trusts. As a business owner for the past 38 years I have had several attorneys. But none have been as honest and as competent as George.

My husband & I set up a meeting with George Mead to discuss our need to set up some business entities. In this meeting where George told many long winded stories, some of which were personal & some professional. We were told if we hired their firm we would not be nickel & dimed for our time & money. We had been given the impression that the consultation was just that, a consultation & signed a retainer of $1000 at the end of the meeting, to cover our future billable hours, still with no indication that we would be billed for this initial consultation. George told us he would have his assistant start on drafting the necessary paperwork & our plan of action because she was much more affordable. He would then send us an email within the week outlining said plan. Well I never heard from George or his assistant until a couple of months later, when we received the accounting of our $1000 retainer of which only a little over $300 remained due to the charge for our initial consultation. I emailed George & his assistant, politely expressing my shock and dissattisfaction that our meeting which had produced nothing, had cost so much. I never recieved a response. I then called to ask for the remainder of our retainer back. I spoke with the receptionist & was told that George's assistant would call me back. Three weeks later I recieved a check in the mail for my remaining balance. No note, no call, nothing. If this sounds like a rewarding & positive experience to you, by all means, you should hire "The Mead Group" to help you with your legal needs. I just hope you have deep pockets & trust me, so does George Mead.
