Every time I call this place I can never seem to get a hold of anyone I always get transferred.

Competent patient staff, great follow-up.  Challenging clientele certainly come through their doors!  They always try to get you exactly what you need when you need it.

At first my experience with them was horrible, it took forever to get my equipment and to even get an appointment to get measured for the equipment.  Then I found they did not properly measure me and I ended up with the wrong size.  Things have improved, although it is primarily because now I only have to deal with them when I order supplies. However on my last order they sent me the wrong size again!  I am pretty sure the reason for the ineptitude is due to understaffing and the company not wanting to hire enough people to do the job correctly and also I question the qualifications of some staff.

My experience with the store has been very positive.  Everyone has been very helpful, and Marlo, who is the person who works with people who need C Pap machines, was just great.  Bubbly, but very professional and knowledgeable.  Every question I have had has been answered promptly and pleasantly.
