They fill your prescription quickly and things run very smoothly when you are to the point with them and they are aware when you need to obtain your medicatom. Of course within guidlguides. I would have given five. They tend to not have all of my medicine in stiock and it becomes a hassle with the distance, work, and moving at times it can be very inconvenient. Staff is very friendly!

I went inside to ask them their address, while inside, they were so warm & friendly. I simply must tell the world how kind and loving the atmosphere is inside ‘THE MEDICINE SHOPPE PHARMACY at 48 RED HILL COURT’.  Thank you very much for treating me as you would your own children…helping them to understand and sort out what they do not know, but want to understand…thank you all at ‘THE MEDICINE SHOPPE PHARMACY’.

They never have my script ready or in stock. I recently called in to have a prescription refilled on a Friday, I was advised they did not have my medicine in stock. They said it will be in Monday and I can come get it. Went to pick it up, and it was never filled. The pharmacists quickly filled it for me and he advised me it is a "generic brand" but is the exact same thing I have taken previously, just a "different name". I get home and realize the active ingredients and dosage are completely different than what I was previously taking. I called in the next day and found out the gave me the wrong prescription and had billed my insurance for it as well. One of the pharmacy techs were very helpful and fixed the issue quickly. I really appreciate her for helping correct the error. However, I missed taking my medication for 3 days due to their errors. I will be transferring to another pharmacy.

How can a pharmacist tell a customer to make sure their doctor fills out the prescription correctly or they'll deny the prescription. Customers/patients know nothing about how a prescription is supposed to be filled out. Then you have the customer stand there in the store to call their doctor just to verify the prescription so they can get their medicine. The pharmacist also tells the customer their prescription isn't meant for long term. Excuse Me!!!! You are a pharmacist NOT THE DOCTOR!!! Great job on making a customer feel SH!T!!!! After 3 incidents we will no longer be using this pharmacy.

I have dealt with the medicine shoppe for years but the last yr especially the last 3 months they've become worst service both on having product and the customer relations.  Constantly having to go back or wait for scripts after calling in days in advance. The one customer service female has the worst disposition anyone could have just plain rude old lady. After today's again screw up went to the rite aid switched to them and bingo had my scripts. No wait no not having to order. Good buy medicine shoppe.

The lack of professionalism at this place is astounding. They hold your meds over you as if they have some kind of power. In the five different chances I have given them they have repeatedly gotten my meds wrong and if I have even a hint of frustration about it and then I’m treated poorly. There’s no accountability and apparently there’s no standard that these people are held to. I would recommend changing pharmacies or not even attempting this pharmacy at all.

They deliver which is great when you don’t have a car!

Understaffed for customers even though 6 people there. Sat in drive thru 15 minutes & was never acknowledged.

Everyone is so nice and very helpful.
