My husband and I wanted to do something special to celebrate 6 months of marriage, and this fit the bill perfectly! Kyle (the manager) and Leo (our server) were absolutely wonderful. They were so kind and friendly and gave us a little table in an intimate setting. It was so beautiful and the food was delicious! We had an amazing experience and can’t wait to go back!

If you're looking for a romantic night, a place to bond with friends, or just a unique dining experience, look no further. The Melting Pot is always a great time. Thank you so much to Celia, our amazing server, and Tom (?), the hospitable manager! Everytime we come to this location, we are treated to exceptional service and food. Despite the fact that we came in an hour before they closed, Celia catered to our every need (extra bread, strawberries, mushrooms, sauces, fresh drinks, so on) and never rushed us, even after they'd been closed for an hour. Thank you!! ❤

Service was extremely slow.  Took our server 20 minutes to just greet us and take a drink order.  Then we ordered the first course (cheese fondue), she didn't put it on until the last person got there.  We waited awhile for the 2nd course.  But she was super quick with checks and what not.  Management was great took care of a round of drinks.  Gave me a coupon for free dessert fondue on the next visit and took get my strawberries the next visit.  I had told the hostess on Monday I had this coupon to get them for my birthday and she never put it in the notes.  Management and my friends saved the night and made it a great experience.

Cheese and chocolate. Need I say more?  Good fondue restaurant for special occasions or if you enjoy stirring and dipping food in hot stuff.

The food and service are fantastic!  We have been with the family as well as for business functions and would highly recommend this location!!!
