Delicious.  Been to the one in Tampa and this one is just as good.  Neat location in Celebration.   Parking can be tricky, not much and it's all on street...
GET THE BREAD PUDDING!  it's incredible.

The food is excellent. The service was great. The place is clean and food portions were enough that the leftovers had me saying how good the food was. Be it this location or Ybor City The Columbia Restaurant is a treat every time I go there. IF you enjoy Spanish food and have never been here then give yourself a treat and go experience the Columbia Restaurant.

Really good food and atmosphere (beware that there is a dress code and under armour sports shirts don't cut it.)

We tried some new to us dishes and we're not disappointed. (They have a pick three tapas, that we recommend)

The service was excellent, the Spanish bean soup was perfect. I ordered the pork dish although not to my liking, Cubans prepare it differently. Nonetheless it was still good. It is definitely a great place to dine.

We went to the location in Celebration and we LOVED it. 

The food was absolutely incredible. (Not many vegan options, though!) Everyone at our table loved their dishes  - the seafood, tapas, and paella were all worthy of ordering again!! Also, the sangria was perfect. 

Our server, Ramiro, was wonderful. We all fell in love a little bit with his friendly smile and warm demeanor. The service we received was part of what made our dinner so great!!
