We brought an oversized Ottoman previously purchased from West Elm to have it re-imagined in a smaller size. Not only was it larger than we thought it would be from the catalog, it was not sturdy. To make matters worse West Elm does not allow returns on items they've custom built.

After searching the web and calling a few places we decided on Memory Mender

Initially I thought the price was expensive, however once I returned to pick up our Ottoman I was pleasantly surprised by their work. It was better than West Elm!! I'd definitely use Memory Mender again.

Had some chairs reupholstered by Memory Mender.  Real friendly folks, did good work, it didn't take long and the price was reasonable.  Two thumbs up from me.
