I am building a new house and was told by someone that they had good luck here. I ended up with a real dud named Mitch. I tried to give him all the information dimensions etc. on a flash drive but he said he doesn't do that. What you don't accept information pertinent to the job? Ok so I let him measure and asked for a break down of costs. Not happening, just a lump sum so I have no idea what he charged for anything. Time goes by and I am ready to buy my carpet and tile and shower build up etc. I look around the store and in walks Mitch he speaks to a lady that kept following me around the store like I'm going to steal a sample or something. He looks at me like I am wasting his time. I'm about to spend about $25k and just needed him to look up a tile on his computer to see if he can get it. I don't do that and I am too busy to look for anything right now anyway. I was like OK perhaps I should leave, he said yes and don't bother coming back. I said why are you so hostile and he was just in a defensive stance. I left but came back and spoke with the owner about what happened. With Mitch standing right there the owner said we don't do the internet, eventually all our shops will be gone. I said OK, looked at Mitch and Mitch looked like he was either going to cry or shoot someone with his angry eyes. I decided that I will pass on doing business  in a place that does not welcome people that know what they want to buy but the employee would possibly have to make a phone call to have the product delivered, after I would have paid for it. WOW that was a horrible experience. Don't waste your time in this outdated over priced ($65 a S.Y.) for carpet.

Fantastic! They were the only ones that were able to get my carpet installed before the holidays. They were very competitive in price as well and didn't gouge me for wanting it fast. The carpet looks wonderful and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Jamie and everyone at D&D!
