Called on 5/15 and spoke with the receptionist. Gave her my name, address, and went into great detail of the problem I was having with a toilet in our home.  She took everything down, or so I thought, and stated someone would be out between 9-11am on 5/16. She stated it would be closer to 9am but wouldn't be the first stop. Around 10:30 I called the office to see when someone would be out. The receptionist who answered had no idea who I was, didn't have my name or any of my information anywhere and no one was scheduled to come do a repair on our toilet. When I told her I would call someone else, she seemed indifferent, which she obviously doesn't know is bad for business. No apology for the mistake and no offer to make it right. I would not call them back and I would not give them my money.  They should invest in someone who can learn the very simple task of taking down names and phone numbers and assigning them to an appointment.

This is a great group of plumbers!  I They have repaired several problems from water heaters to stopped up drains and they are always dependable and honest.  Thank you guys

Theres not a more talented, professional plumbing company in Alabama. These guys are the real deal! Don't waste your time with other plumbers, get it done right the first time. I've used them 10-12 times in the past 3 years and they never let me down. Very reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommended!

We can't say enough good things about Matt and his team! They installed my sink and toilet in my 1/2 bath in 2013, installed my gas line and new stove May 2016 and today did my water line from the meter to the house and added a pressure regulator and shutoff valve. Consistent excellence is what you will get from The Neighborhood Plumber! Thanks, Matt!!

These guys are great!!!   They showed up right on time, were professional, knowledgeable, and got my plumbing fixed quickly. They are highly recommended from me and lots of people in my neighborhood. I will always use them when I have issues arise. Keep up the excellent work guys.
