Ed helped us get ready for inspection and he is extremely personable. It was a joy each time he came to work on our house. He is very fair and my parents and mother in law have used him too with great results.

Didn't want to climb a ladder to work and refused to install furnished bath fixture.

Did it once, did it right. Mr. Hancock came to the rescue when *my* water heater reached its end of life and we couldn't take two showers within the same hour any more. Mr. Hancock was fast, prompt and professional. The prices were fair. Six months later, we haven't had a problem with it. I'm about to call Mr. Hancock again to fix a clogged trash compactor (ew). *Am* doing business with him again and would not hesitate to recommend. Heck, I'm recommending him now.

Ed came to the rescue when my water heater blew up and flooded the basement.  His work was quick and very professional. It's good to have someone you can trust.  We'll be doing business again.
