I would never go back to this DMV. I came all the way from the Bronx to register my car. Just because my insurance didn’t have today date , they couldn’t give me plates mind you I just renewed my insurance.I came in at 11:30am and walked out at 3:12pm with nothing. They passed me around with every number. The wait time is ridiculous. The attitude the workers carry among themselves are not professional. If you don’t like your job than you shouldn’t work there. I was standing at window 7, the lady sat there with a face the whole time, while trying to help us. Spoke with an attitude that was not even necessary. RIDICULOUS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t even bother wasting your time because you will be there the whole day.

Hahaha, I love how the picture of this site shows only 4 people waiting for service.  Dmv is dmv. Be prepared to wait or don’t choose to drive. Simple

hours waiting to renew my license! First wait four hours to take your photo - then sit back down and wait to have your paperwork "processed". Ridiculous! My last trip to DMV to get a driver's license (6 years ago) took about an hour and a half. Nice to see how DMV, along with everything else on Long Island, has devolved.

Slow very lazy, you have 5 ladies standing in the corner not working waiting at the time clock & it's 15 mins to 4:00 the bad part the supervisor is not saying nothing, it's crowded & people are taking the time letting people fill out paperwork at the counter while people is waiting then when there done with the costumer the leave the counter & say they leaving for the day. Save yourself the headache & go somewhere else

rudesttt staffff i have ever seen plus racisttt man this lady was so mean and rude how she was showing her frustration and throwing papers at us they really need to respect there job and try to show some respect ur not working there for free so much disappointment
