The hotel is very nice and the staff is excellent. I would have no problems staying here again. My only complaint was the ease of access to power outlets.

Great service! Friendly staff, great room and lovely king sized bed. It was fantastic that they had facial cleanser wipes and great lotion! Stay here if you can!

The room was great, traveling with an infant can have its challenges, especially when you need room for a pack-and-play. The double queen suite had plenty of room and was perfect for the 5 of us.  The staff was great as well! I needed dish soap to wash bottles and the lady at the front desk ran to the kitchen and got me some. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

We've stayed at the Niobrara Lodge a couple times over the last several years, but things seem to be going a little downhill. The building overall is rather worn, and could use an update. The guestrooms would benefit greatly from new carpeting, bed linens, and shower fixtures. Breakfast was also not much to write home about this time... limited selection of mainly cereal and toast... not many hot options. Checkout was fine, but the manager who checked us in was not very friendly. Overall, I would still stay again in the future, but beginning to feel a little overcharged for the quality of service provided.

This hotel is dirty and the staff is rude about it. I found toenails in my room - gross - and called the front desk to politely (though that wasn't deserved) ask someone to come vacuum them. When the lady got up here, she made a big huff and before she would vacuum them asked if they were mine!!! Are you kidding??? I told her um, no, I would not call her to vacuum up my own toenails. She didn't say a single word while she vacuumed and as she left. Such a terrible experience. I dont even think I can stomach cutting my own dang toenails after that grossness.

Check your AC unit before you turn it on. A weird smell was coming from mine and i looked in the vents and that was filthy too. 

Finally, my fridge made a high pitch whining sound the first night that I was here. I had to move my food to my coworkers room and unplug it because it was so loud. I asked for a maintenance tech to fix it in the morning, and when I returned that evening it was plugged in, making the same noise. Thanks, maintenance, good job.

Overall, this was the worst.

I will be telling this to management in the morning. For now, because there is one person working (the huffy puffy vacuumer) I will do my best to sleep through how disgusted and disrespected I feel.
