WORST GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! Been going to this gym for a couple months now. First problem is the free weights. There are 3 benches literally touching each other in a closet size space. They say they are making space for a bigger free weight area. Well that was since the day I joined and nothing has changed. They increase the monthly membership without notice. When I emailed about the increase I got an abrupt rude message 2 weeks later saying they sent an email out, which they clearly did not. Please do not waste your money here!!!!

Been going since 2013, Gym costs more now with less space. Rooms are crowded, weights are messy. Go to another gym if you don't want to deal with crowded rooms or time constraints with a higher price point. Billing is done with new tech company that glitches frequently and several other people have had issues on charges as well. Their staff actually told me this as they tried to figure out my billing issue !!!! They need to clean it up otherwise the classes will be the only thing worth the money here. Get it together NorthClub, you use to have a much higher standards then the other gyms in town.

They have everything (machines, freeweights, etc) you need. Clerks are very kind and helpful. This place is not so crowded so you will be able to do the exercises you want to do anytime.

I have been a member for almost 2 years now and it seems as if the service has gone down since I first joined. The weekend hours are especially short and the staff is especially inattentive. They are either on their phones are sitting down talking to each other. When asked a question, they act as if they can't be bothered to answer the question or that they have better things to do than help customers. A year ago the staff was friendly, offered help, and were trained trainers. Now they have a bunch of lazy entitled boys who stand at the counter to look pretty. The management needs to get a handle on what constitutes as a good customer relations employee. Would not recommend this gym to anyone except it is one of the only ones with a sauna. The membership cancellation is probably the most outrageous I have ever seen before as well. Always be wary of an organization that requires you to cancel two months prior to a cancellation date. They are likely having a hard time retaining customers and need to cheat them in order to stay afloat. Bottom line, avoid this gym. Based on customer service alone, hands down the WORST gym I have ever been a part of.

Weight training area is woefully undersized and poorly organized. They recently cut even more space from the weight area to squeeze more cardio equipment in.
