The Old Spaghetti Factory is a family owned and operated restaurant founded in Portland, Oregon in 1969 by Guss and Sally Dussin. Dedicated to satisfying dining in warm surroundings, the San Jose Old Spaghetti Factory, established in 1972, is located in the heart of historic San Pedro Square. This Spanish-Mexican plaza was mapped out by Don Jose in 1777 and an adobe house, built by the early settlers, still stands in the Square. Within walking distance you can enjoy sporting events and entertainment at the Area, the Center for Performing Arts and the San Jose Museum of Art. We hope you will enjoy your visit with us and find many pleasant memories of the color and charm of San Jose.
