We had reservations for 52 people and they accommodated us so well. The service was so amazing. Raul B. was the manager and was incredibly helpful. All the servers were spot on and did an amazing job. The food was so good as well! Definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have a bigger party.

Old Spaghetti Factory has always been one of my wives favorite places to visit. I ordered the Lasagna and she ordered the Chicken Parmesan. As usual they brought bread and butter to the table... the bread was hot and the only draw back is the crumbs it leaves all over the table. Soup was good flavor and I loved the Lasagna ..... it was so big.... had to take it home.

Most of you seeking this place know they have spaghetti! Its good too! But they also have their "three course meal" which is something that may come as a surprise for newcomers. You get choice of soup or salad, then your main course, and then icecream. Pretty neat! BUT AGAIN. Don't just come for that. They have Italian Soda which is delicious as well as the cotton candy drink!

Food was good service a bit lacking. Drinks took a long time coming, requested water was given to the wrong table, then when we did get it, one was spilled all over the table, with apologies. Bread which menu said came with meals we did not receive, because we purchased an appetizer. ?? One of the 4 orders that was brought to the table was not what was ordered. To be fair the waitress Tracy, was very nice about everything, and not everything was her fault. We probably will not return to this particular restaurant. .

Cool atmosphere inside. Food seemed average, but the company I was with seemed to really enjoy theirs. Good place for family.
