Story

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a family owned and operated restaurant founded in Portland, Oregon in 1969 by Guss and Sally Dussin. Dedicated to satisfying dining in warm surroundings, the Rancho Cordova Old Spaghetti Factory, established in 1986, is located in the historic Nimbus Winery situated on Highway 50 at Hazel Avenue. The Nimbus Winery has a proud and productive past dating back to the Gold Rush. In 1913, the winery was converted into an olive cannery and continued doing business until 1974. Today, this historic building is being preserved as a center for specialty shops and restaurants. We hope you will enjoy your visit with us and find many pleasant memories of the color and charm of Rancho Cordova.

Love coming here for a quick, family friendly (and wallet friendly) meal. The service is usually great. Management is always there to check on your table. And the hostesses greet you with a smile. You get seated quickly with a hot loaf of bread and drinks. And if there is a wait, they have an awesome kids toy store just around the corner. The buzzer reaches you in there so you wont miss your table while keeping your kids entertained in the store (brainy kids). Plus, if you find something great, They have lots of small toys you can guy for the table to continue the entertainment at dinner.

I usually order the mushroom sauce or the managers special (clam and mizithra cheese). My husband loves the lobster raviolis.

Great place to dine in. Its a upscale still a cozy place with great options of Italian food. We tried chicken marsala, prawns fettuccine Alfredo and both dishes were delicious.  Liked the quantity of food and preparation. Staff was courteous. Will definitely visit again. P.S. loved their cocktails too.

Nice atmosphere, food is always good, hot, fresh, served by friendly servers.  The whole staff are always happy, friendly and rush around to serve their customers.  Also grwat for take out.  Call ahead and pick up at the hostess counter, very convenient.  The dining area is decorated in a very unique fashion,  very elaborate, old style look. The train car is a fun place to have a meal as well.

Always great. Fresh baked bread, salad with creamy pesto (must have), iced tea, spaghetti and then ice cream. A lot of good stuff! For reasonable $. I think the iced tea is no longer included

I went the day after a horrible experience at the Olive garden in Folsom on my 62 year old official senior birthday. Don't eat there.  Spaghetti factory never disappoints me. The to go meal was prepared as if I was eating in the restaurant. Bread as usual"fabulous" smiling faces greeted me when I entered and the thanks wasn't just from me it's from my family. I will always go back to spaghetti factory for my April 19th birthday 😄
