I loved this store!! It was so cute and had a good selection of books. The bargain section was 40-50% off list price. they also had a 20% of section for coloring books, new releases, and moleskin!!!

Great stop for alternative, counterculture or Beat generation books. Obviously, they have mainstream stuff as well. There is an upstairs (Beat) and a larger downstairs area. Pretty much just books here - didn't see any trinkets or souvenirs aside from postcards.

The last time I was here,I magically gravitated to Leonard Ashlin's Sex,Time, and Power," in hardcover for $8. Where else could I have found that? I suppose I could've ordered a more expensive used copy through Amazon, and gotten it delivered like 4 weeks later. No, thank you.
